Emily’s concept began with a myth that is rooted in popular belief: African cuisine is time-consuming, complicated to make, very spicy and very oily. The company’s mission is to reverse the myth by proposing techniques for fast cooking for  healthy, balanced and varied diet while preserving the traditional taste as well as the nutritional value.
